FAQ

Names and institution names must be spelled identically across every document in the set. When documents are translated by different people at different times the transliteration drifts - one of the most common reasons a package is rejected
Send a scan of your passport page along with the documents and we will match the spelling. It is free and removes the single most common cause of refusal
For most short-stay visas, no - a notarized translation is enough. An apostille is usually needed for long-term procedures: family reunification, residence permits, marriage, study. Tell us your procedure and we will confirm
The translation itself is usually a few working days. Notarization and, where required, the apostille take longest. We quote the timeline once we see what is in the package
