The notary certifies the authenticity of the translator's signature, not the content of the translation and not the original document. Legally it confirms the translation was produced by someone holding a translation degree. That is why a notary cannot certify a translation made by someone without one
In most cases a good scan or photo is enough - the translation is bound to a copy. The original is needed when the receiving institution requires binding to the original, or when an apostille follows
Translation from 250 UAH per 1800 characters depending on the language, plus 400 UAH for notarizing each document. We quote exactly once we see the document
Ukrainian law has no sworn translator institution, so a "translator's stamp" carries no legal weight. Only a notary provides official confirmation, by certifying the signature of a qualified translator. If you are offered a "stamped translation" instead, check whether your institution accepts it
