For translation agencies

Cold email for translation agencies

Agencies win work by writing to the right person at the right company. The awkward part is doing that with a tool that treats your contact list as the thing you rent.

Built by people who send this mail themselves

ChatsControl started as translation tooling: a QA validator that catches number and terminology errors before a file reaches the client. The Conversations module exists because we needed it ourselves, for exactly this audience.

One tool finds the client, the other protects the delivery

A reply turns into a project, and the project goes through the same platform's QA checks before it ships. Not a bundle for the sake of a bundle - the failure agencies actually have is winning a client and then losing them to a swapped digit in a certificate.

Multilingual by default

Replies come back in whatever language your prospect writes. The optional AI label reads Ukrainian, German, Spanish and the rest and suggests a status - it suggests, you decide. The interface is in English, Ukrainian and Russian.

What you actually get

01

One inbox

Every reply, from every mailbox, in one list.

02

A real pipeline

What the system knows, and what you decide, kept apart.

03

Sequences that stop

Checked for a reply right before each send.

04

Numbers that mean something

Reply rate first, not opens.

What we don't have

  • No lead database - you bring your own contacts.
  • No warm-up network of our own - it's an outside provider.
  • Telegram and WhatsApp Business aren't live yet. Email is.
Do you supply agency leads?

No. Bring your own list - an export, a directory you compiled, contacts from a conference. We make sure they are contacted properly.

Can I write from my agency's own mailbox?

Yes, and that is the only way it works. Nothing goes out from a shared domain, so the relationship and the reputation stay yours.

What happens to a prospect who says 'not now, write in autumn'?

You pick a follow-up date from a preset, the lead leaves today's list and comes back on that day - in red if you missed it.
