The reply goes out from the address it came to
This is not a preference, it is a rule. Answering from a different address breaks the thread for the recipient and looks like a mistake. Changing the sending mailbox is possible, but only as a deliberate action with a warning.
A Replied tab that only has people in it
Warm-up mail and auto-responders are filtered out before anything is drawn. Out-of-office replies and bounces are recognised from the message headers, so they never sit in the list pretending to be an answer worth reading.
Nothing of yours is stored
Mailboxes are read live each time you open the inbox and cached for minutes, not kept. Attachments stream through on click. In our database there is no copy of your correspondence - only the messages we sent for you, and the fact that a reply arrived.

How many mailboxes can I connect?
As many as you need. A new workspace starts with a small ceiling that we raise on request; it exists to slow down abuse, not you.
Does it work with Gmail, Outlook, Zoho?
Any provider with IMAP and SMTP. You supply the host and credentials once and they are encrypted at rest.
Do I have to run campaigns to use the inbox?
No. The inbox, the lead pipeline and the notes work on their own.
