What we don't have

  • No lead database - you bring your own contacts.
  • No warm-up network of our own - it's an outside provider.
  • Telegram and WhatsApp Business aren't live yet. Email is.
Is there a limit on how many contacts I can import?

No. You can import as many as you like; the only limit is a fair-use ceiling on how many messages a day a workspace can send, which exists to protect sending reputation, not to sell you an upgrade.

Do you provide the leads?

No. We have no lead database. You bring your own contacts and we make sure they are contacted properly.

Do you store my email?

No. Mailboxes are read live over IMAP each time you open the inbox. We keep the messages we send on your behalf, and the fact that a reply arrived - not the reply itself.

Do I have to turn on open tracking?

No, and by default it is off. Roughly half of all opens in 2026 are Apple Mail loading the image for the recipient, and the tracking pixel itself makes an email likelier to land in spam. Reply rate is the number that matters.
