Every scan comes back as an ordinary .docx with its tables, stamps and signatures. Trados, memoQ, Phrase, Smartcat and XTM open it like any client file, and changes of formatting show up as regular tags.
Upload the source and the translation from any tool and get the places where the meaning changed: a dropped negation, a swapped number, the wrong person doing the action.
